Saturday Breakfast
After a lovely walk with my good friend, Charlotte, this morning, I sat down and had a scrumptious breakfast of toast with Daiya herb and garlic spread, bananas, raspberries, Abe's vegan mini muffins (from Whole Foods), and lemon water!

I've gotten so much better at eating a healthy breakfast in the morning. Usually, I really don't like to eat in the morning because I don't feel like it, but lately I've been a lot better nibbling on food in the morning. After all-it's the most important meal of the day!
After I create enough breakfast ideas, I will put up a "Breakfast Menu" here. :)
