Vegan: a person who does not in any way consume or use animal products, byproducts, or derivatives.  This includes: meat, poultry, sea food, eggs, dairy, cheese, honey, silk, leather, wool, vitamins obtained from animal products, and any sort of products tested on animals. Being Vegan means making healthier and more humane choices.

Going Vegan is actually easier than you think! What you put into your body and where you find these things are important to know. Veganism is not just about eating raw and plant-based food. It's also about wearing and using humane products as well! A lot of producst are made out of animal skin, fur, and other byproducst.
